Indonesia

With more than 1300 islands stretching across the equator, Indonesia offers something for everyone. Why not wake up early to view the smouldering crater of Mount Bromo, stroll through Bali’s neatly terraced rice paddies or search for dragons in Komodo National Park? If a slower pace is more to your liking, you can relax beachside in some of the finest five-star hotels in the region whilst sampling the delicious Robusta coffee-blend, grown in Bali’s rich volcanic soils. The natural world is never far away in Indonesia too, with the jungles of Sumatra offering intrepid explorers an opportunity to view macaque monkeys, orangutans, and a myriad of other wildlife spotting experiences.
